Do you accept returns?

  • Yes, so long as the items are in the original unopened packaging, unused and without any damage.

How long do I have to return an item?

  • The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products.

  • The Item must not have been assembled or used and must be returned to us as new and complete in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged with the invoice/receipt and in its original packaging.

Will you refund delivery costs of a returned item?

  • Any returned items are returned at the purchaser's expense. We shall not be obliged to accept any product returned if such costs have not been paid in full.
